Receive hands-on training in both building maintenance and owner unit repairs. High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or course work in maintenance, construction, or a related field is advantageous. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills related to building maintenance and repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods. Capability to work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and outdoor settings.
