Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and administer evaluations for training programs for both new and existing employees.

• Ensure all training programs prioritize bakery priorities, including safety, food safety, and quality.

• Monitor the training environment for new methods and tools to enhance the training program.

• Stay updated on changes to subject matter to keep training materials current.

• Develop, maintain, and implement a training schedule in collaboration with Maintenance Management.

• Conduct ongoing training in maintenance, administration, and other related topics.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required training documentation, utilizing the e-learning management system.

• Assist in writing and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree highly preferred.

• Five to ten years of related maintenance experience.

• Previous experience in training is essential.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position does not have direct reports.
