**Job Scope:**
+ Perform repairs
+ Preventative maintenance
+ Grounds work
+ Address work orders
+ Maintain property cleanliness
+ Other tasks as assigned
**Requirements:**
+ Must complete a background check
+ Must be able to stoop, kneel, crawl, and lift up to 100 pounds
