Job Summary:We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker with a Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler Operator License to join our team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operationof our facilities and equipment.Responsibilities:Operate and maintain low-pressure boilers in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.Conduct routine inspections of boilers, pumps, HVAC systems, and other equipment to identify potential issues or malfunctions.Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and filter replacements.Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with external vendors for more complex issues.Monitor and maintain appropriate water levels, fuel supply, and pressure in boilers.Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance tasks, and repairs performed.Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely and efficient manner.Collaborate with other maintenance team members and provide support as needed.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.Assist with general custodial and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry as required.Adhere to company policies and procedures.Qualifications:Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler Operator License is required.High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in maintenance work, preferably in a facility or industrial setting.Solid understanding of low-pressure boiler operation and maintenance procedures.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that may require bending, kneeling, or standing for extended periods.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.If you are a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker with a Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler Operator License, we encourage you to apply for this position.
