: Job Details :

Mows lawns, trims weeds, pick up and remove trash, empty trash cans, water lawn and shrubs, care for trees & shrubs, apply fertilizer, pesticides, herbicides as directed. Be able to repair equipment and hand tools required for grounds keeping. Be able to perform maintenance tasks, fixing carts, change light bulbs, repair walls and paint. Have ability to learn more involved repairs on equipment. Help out custodial crew if needed.QualificationsSkills/Experience Required or PreferredAbility to operate & repair power equipment for grounds keeping. Follow instructions and have excellent time management. Extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques and processes. Herbicide/Pesticide license preferred. Prior experience in grounds keeping required.EducationHigh School Diploma or GED preferredMust submit to and pass drug/alcohol screening testMust submit to and pass an Oregon State background investigationCertificates/LicensesOregon drivers license - Must be 21 years of age or older
