Job Description We are seeking a per diem Maintenance Worker II to cover employee vacations, illness and during periods of increased work loads. The Maintenance Worker II performs maintenance and repair work to buildings, grounds and equipment, in order to provide a safe, functional, sanitary and comfortable environment for the residents, employees and the public. Experience and Skills
- Experience in general maintenance and repair work, with a basic knowledge of carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, grounds keeping, and custodial functions.
- Experience in a healthcare environment helpful.
- Must possess and maintain a current and valid State of Maine driver's license.
