Operations and Maintenance Minimum Qualifications Education and/or Equivalent Experience: Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus three (3) years of building maintenance and construction work, including heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems. Relevant work experience may substitute for the education up to the maximum of four (4) years. Licenses or Certifications:Texas Class C Operators License. Physical Requirements: Moderate. Tasks involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, or using a force equal to lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.
