Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
* General handyman experience, including general knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and building trades
* Ability to transport, handle and/or lift up to 75lbs.
* Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
* Perform all types of routine maintenance work
* Service onsite equipment and machinery
* Conduct monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings, and of machinery and equipment
* Respond to after-hours maintenance calls, when required
* Perform inventory control and tracking
