This position performs maintenance and mechanical duties for Typical Life's residential homes, buildings, and equipment and helps manage the vehicle fleet. The workday will consist of driving to multiple locations to perform small jobs, general home maintenance, and repairs. These daily tasks will require an understanding and usage of common hand and power tools. Maintenance workers must be familiar with and adhere to all work environment safety equipment and practices.
