Maintenance Worker Benefits: •Health Insurance •Dental Insurance •Vision Insurance •401K Plan Shift Available: •Full Time Responsibilities: § Performs all duties as directed that concerns electricity, plumbing, painting (including furniture repair); mechanics (including equipment and mechanical system); heating, cooling, and water system; except those services performed under service contract with outside contractors. § Performs duties as directed concerned with maintenance of grounds which may be included: o Mower o Leaf blowing o Clean of parking lots o Mulching o Edge trimming o Weed eating o Clearing of snow o Putting down ice melt o Planting of flowers and other plants Qualifications: Education: § High School Graduate and some technical school preferred.
