Department: Operations Job Status: Full-time FLSA Status: Non-exempt Reports To: AVP of OperationsGrade/Level: Amount of Travel Required: No travel requiredWork Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm; some evenings & weekends requiredPositions Supervised: None POSITION SUMMARYPerform general maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of campus facilities as directed.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPerform all preventative maintenance checks in dorms, classrooms and all campus areasPerform preventative maintenance and recurrent inspections of life safety equipment including smoke detectors, exit signs, fire extinguishers, emergency exit lights, and alarm panelsConduct routine daily checks on hot water and steam boilers and air conditioning systems.
