Log in or register to view more details about this job.Maintenance WorkerDutiesMajor Duties:The incumbent of this position performs as a Maintenance Worker at Ninety Six National Historic Site, located in Ninety-Six, SC.The incumbent must be self-directed and able to perform duties with minimum supervision. Work includes tasks associated with trades such as:Carpentry repairs using simple measurements and hand tools, painting and staining surfaces using brushes and rollers.Minor plumbing repairs such as tightening or replacing in-kind fittings and fixtures which do not require custom fitting or solder joints.Electrical work such as diagnosing/changing bulbs, fixtures, switches, breakers, and outlets.Operating light trucks, tractors, UTVs, mowers, forklift, and bobcat to transport supplies and materials, and perform grounds and trail maintenance.Performing custodial services in and around park facilities.Open & Closing Dates:09/17/2024 to 10/01/2024This job will close when we have received 100 applications which may be sooner than the closing date.Salary:$22.69 - $26.47 per hourPay Scale & Grade:WG 6Location:1 vacancy in the following location:Ninety Six, SC#J-18808-Ljbffr
