ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)Maintenance/Facilities
- Performs and inspects plumbing maintenance.
- Sets up, plans procedures performs electrical maintenance to include but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures
- Monitor all facility bathrooms to ensure cleanliness throughout the day
- Monitor supply levels of products needed to perform janitorial tasks
- Garden upkeep, collecting trash etc.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
- Check functionality of safety systems
- Develop facility maintenance schedules in response to historic maintenance needs.
- Maintain records of all maintenance tasks performed in the last month or year for the reporting sessions.
- Report to facilities manager regarding issues beyond the general checks and inspections.
Material Handling
- Assist material handlers with packaging and banding
- Load pallets on machines
- Ensure production areas are clean and organized
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNone required.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma required. (6) + months of experience in facility maintenance and material handling. CERTIFICATION, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSNone required.SKILLS/ABILITIES

PHYSICAL DEMANDSWork involves standing and walking for long periods of time. Ability to bend, or twist and repeat the same movements. Kneel, stoop crouch or crawl for long periods of time. The employee frequently is required to talk or hear. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.WORK ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and large equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The shop/warehouse production space is not climate controlled. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in the Corporate Office and climate controlled.
