Maitenance Technician

JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of the Maintenance Technician is to provide day-to-day maintenance to the Clubs' facilities and grounds. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for executing maintenance requests by diagnosing problems and making repairs and ensuring that service requests and repairs are made in a timely manner. Duties and responsibilities may be changed based on business demand. Tasks and duties will include preventive maintenance of the Club's plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and participate in our maintenance and energy conservation initiatives. This position has a heavy emphasis on safety and clean and accurate workmanship and ensures, AT ALL times, absolute compliance with OSHA guidelines. Abides by and demonstrates the shared spirit of “Serve Those Who Serve” member services system.

• High School diploma graduate or (GED graduate) and basic math calculations is required.
• Completion of vocational or technical related job courses and certificate is preferred. (HVAC, Electric, Building and Construction or related Mechanical) discipline is highly desirable.(or in process of working on professional certification).
• 4 + years of experience as a Maintenance worker, repair worker, electrician, plumber or construction maintenance is required. Preferred candidate will have previous experience in a commercial building, boutique style hotel, or hospitality business environment or similar related industry.
