Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and sophisticated Maitre'd to be the face of our exclusive private members club, offering high-end, white-glove service to clients undergoing longevity diagnostics and wellness assessments. Our members embark on a personalized, two-day testing and embedding experience that includes cutting-edge diagnostics, exercise sessions, wellness treatments, and nutritional analyses. The Maitre'd will ensure a seamless, luxurious, and welcoming experience, providing members with unparalleled service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Members: Be the first point of contact, warmly greeting and checking in members for their longevity assessments and ensuring they feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
- Personalized Service: Manage and cater to the individual needs of members, offering a tailored approach to each member's schedule, dietary preferences, and wellness routine.
- Liaison Between Departments: Coordinate with the diagnostics team, wellness experts, gym trainers,, and other staff to ensure that members' agendas are followed meticulously and that every department is ready to provide an exceptional experience.
- Dining & Beverage Oversight: Oversee the dining experience, ensuring that lunch, snacks, and beverages are presented elegantly and in line with the highest standards. Collaborate with the GM to ensure that dietary preferences and restrictions are respected.
- Problem Solving: Proactively resolve any issues or requests members may have, ensuring their stay is smooth, relaxing, and fulfilling.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain immaculate attention to detail, from the presentation of facilities to anticipating the needs of members before they arise.
- Luxury Ambiance: Ensure the club atmosphere is always aligned with the high-end, luxurious, and private nature of the experience. From ambiance to member interactions, set a tone of calm, confidence, and exclusivity.
- Schedule Coordination: Work closely with members to confirm their arrival and departure times and manage their bespoke itineraries during their two-day assessments.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Luxury Hospitality: Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Maitre'd or in a similar leadership role in high-end restaurants, private clubs, or luxury hospitality settings.
- Customer-Centric: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to offer personalized and discreet service to high-net-worth individuals.
- Leadership & Multitasking: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and coordinate among various departments.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to deliver high-touch, detail-oriented service with impeccable attention to member preferences and needs.
- Calm Under Pressure: Graceful and poised under pressure, with the ability to solve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for all members.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and staff members in a professional, polished manner.
- Knowledge of Wellness & Longevity: A basic understanding or willingness to learn about longevity diagnostics, wellness treatments, and health-conscious dining will be a plus.
