Job Responsibilities
Include the following but are not limited to:
· Providing healthcare services to our patients at the comfort of their own homes

Requirements
Eligible to work in the United States
Fully vaccinated for Covid
Must have at least 3 full days of availability and be able to work and TRAVEL reliably in upper Westchester County, Thornwood, Briarcliff manor, etc
