JOB SUMMARY You can get further details about the nature of this opening, and what is expected from applicants, by reading the below.Clean the health club and attend to the needs of locker room users.Essential FunctionsDemonstrates a commitment to the mission of Galter LifeCenter, demonstrates a service orientation and adheres to all responsibilities and standards of the LifeCenter.RESPONSIBILITIESWash, dry, fold, and stock towels.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 20lbs wet towels repeatedly
Replenish Supplies of soap, shampoo, and paper towelsAssist member needsMaintain cleanliness
  • Pick up towels
  • Vacuum carpet
  • Clean vanities, shower and bathroom
Other Functions
  • Flexible with scheduling is a plus
  • Pick up litter all around the outside of the building including garden Pavilion
  • Receive and lift heavy deliveries of supplies (up to 60 pounds)
  • Minor salting of snow from sidewalks
  • Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Able to speak, read and write English
  • Able to interact with members
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
  • CPR/AED Certification
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS
  • Daily contact with members, guests and staff
