One of the nation's largest diagnostic imaging centers, with more than 300 locations throughout nation, has an immediate need for an experienced Mammography Technologist. This company has a tremendous reputation for innovation and state of the art equipment in a modern and patient friendly setting.Type: Contract to Hire or Direct-HireSchedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm and every other Sat Location: Long IslandResponsibilities:Evaluates images for diagnostic quality, obtaining additional images as needed.Prepares and sets up medical supplies using aseptic techniques if appropriate. Explains procedures to patients.Prints film or burns CDs if warranted.
