Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Mammography Technician, you will be responsible for:

Performing diagnostic mammographic procedures with the utmost precision and care, adhering to all safety and health guidelines.

Ensuring the comfort and safety of patients throughout the procedure, providing clear instructions and answering any questions they may have.

Maintaining and operating mammography equipment, ensuring its optimal functionality and compliance with quality control standards.

Assisting Radiologists in the analysis of mammograms and the preparation of diagnostic reports.

Keeping accurate patient records and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in mammography techniques and technology.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess the following:

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mammography Technician.

Certification in Mammography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Demonstrated proficiency in mammography procedures and equipment operation.

Exceptional patient care skills, with a commitment to providing a compassionate and supportive environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently.
