Bristol Road, Suite 350, Flint, MI 48507Work Hours:M-F 9am to 5pmJob Description:Advanced Specialty RX Pharmacy LLC, a long-term care facility pharmacy provider located in Flint, Michigan:Gather and analyze company data from various sources, such as pharmacy management software, customer feedback, and operational reports, to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.Responsible for evaluating and improving our organization's efficiency and effectiveness through data analysis, research, and strategic planning to help the company grow beyond current client base.Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for company growth.Conduct comprehensive assessments of company dynamics, utilizing tools from organizational development, social network analysis, and team effectiveness research to discern areas for refinement, foster effective collaboration, and cultivate a positive work environment for pharmacy staff.Employ performance improvement models, such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, and Total Quality Management, to identify performance gaps, strategize performance improvement plans, and drive tangible progress in pharmacy operations at both individual and team levels.Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions in the supply chain and ensure continuous availability of essential medications.Create comprehensive performance reports and dashboards to present data-driven insights and recommendations to ASRX leadership.Implement lean management principles to streamline pharmacy workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.Drive a culture of continuous improvement through encouraging employees to embrace change positively and seek innovative solutions.Lead change management initiatives, such as the implementation of new pharmacy technologies or workflow redesign, to enhance efficiency and patient care including incorporation of automation and robotics where appropriate to optimize prescription fulfillment and reduce medication dispensing errors.Work closely with the pharmacy management team to understand their requirements, preferences, and vision for the space.
