Job Description:
GreenXT is seeking a Management Assistant to support their Navy customer by directly assisting the Program Manager with administrative and programmatic duties for the program. This involves interpreting, applying, implementing, and enforcing the organization's policies and procedures. About GreenXTGreenXT is comprised of technical and business leaders.   • Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations.
  • Define the nature and extent of problems, analyze relevant data, and develop solutions to problems.
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person meetings, to include recording and tracking program actions.
  • Participate in working groups, record minutes, and track working group actions.
  • Prepare and solve mathematical models.
  • Report findings and recommendations to the Government.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field
  • Less than 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
  • Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain this clearance upon position acceptance) is required for this position
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a capable of working within a team or individually
