You will work closely with other team members to collect and organize information to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial reports and data related to partner investments.

Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly accounting and reconciliation of partner investments and cash flows
  • Collection, organization, recording and retention of quarterly and year-end tax deliverables (i.e. quarterly tax estimates, IRS 1065 K-1s, IRS Foreign Reporting Forms)
  • Help obtain and or prepare tax documents and work with outside tax preparer
  • Approve and process payment of expenses
  • Organize and maintain financial records
Qualifications
  • BA degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with balance sheet and summary of investments for high net worth individuals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment
  • Approach all aspects of responsibilities with the highest level of discretion and integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and a proactive approach
