The work:

Understand the client's short- and long-term goals and help identify strategies, initiatives, and opportunities to help them achieve those goals.

Work to strengthen existing client relationships by consistently delivering top quality work products and strategic solutions.

Support client delivery projects that span multiple capabilities.

Here's what you need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in the federal or public sector developing and delivering solutions in more than 1 core business consulting advisory field such as process improvement, human capital, risk management, finance, or strategy.

Important information:

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below:

• California: $82,400 - $154,800
• Colorado: $82,400 - $133,700
• New York City: $76,400 - $154,800
• Washington: $87,800 - $142,300
