Position SummaryThis position is responsible for leading and delivering client projects and represents Mathtech to all levels of client organizations on a day-to-day basis. This position performs direct project work and could manage project teams consisting of employee and/or contractor staff. This position is responsible for the delivery of services for one or more projects or clients, ensuring quality delivery in accordance with Mathtech methodologies and standards.The Manager must have the skills and experience to understand client goals, manage client relationships and lead Mathtech delivery to provide high-quality service and customer satisfaction.The Manager is also an integral driver and supporter of Business Development, Proposal Development, and Practice Management for Mathtech's State, Local, and Commercial Division.Managers are not expected to be experts in every operational domain or area of service delivery. Each manager has the opportunity to evolve their position to best meet the needs of our clients, Mathtech, the market, and their own needs.Duties & Responsibilities:Types of ProjectsManagers are responsible for performing a range of projects, including the following.
