This position is a 12-24 month assignment to prepare the incumbent for a future leadership position within Lifecycle Services Business Unit. Upon completion of this training rotation, you will be prepared to take on an Area Management role at one of their 55 North American locations. This program introduces participants to critical focus areas that are necessary to be a successful manager within the organization. You will receive fundamental training and practical experience in: Product Application, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Order Management, relationship development with the Local Business Partners, Sales and Operations Planning, and Employee Management.Responsibilities:- Rotational work assignments within Lifecycle Services including several field-based service assignments- Develop working knowledge of our products- Develop skills in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Management, Price and Quotation Management- Build relationships with Local Business Partners and functional organizations- Learn sales and operation planning, employee management, and manufacturing best practicesAdditional information:Periodic travel is a requirement including traveling to internal and external sites across the United States.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university- Strong business management interest, work ethic, and willingness to learn- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills- Demonstrated excellent communications skills both verbal and written
