Job Description:
The Senior Director of Client IT Strategy and Security leads the vision and delivery of vCIO and security offerings. The Senior Director of CISS engages with clients and leads the security and vCIO teams. Their primary role is to prepare strategic plans to grow our services with our clients with Proven IT best of breed IT and Security solutions. They are responsible for financial and strategic planning of the department. The Senior Director of CISS collaborates with other senior leaders and department managers to communicate the vision for the department and client needs.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESOther duties may be assigned to meet business needsManagerial responsibilities to lead and develop leaders.Oversight of vCISO.Strategic calls or visits with clients to ensure roadmaps and client experience are meeting the expectations of Proven's goals.Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with vCIO's to discuss roadmap progress, goals accomplished and set goals for the quarter.Inspect monthly reporting of the health of the account, maintaining PSA/RMM health scores above a B-/80%.Escalation and support in call for high profile clients on service delivery.Lead the decision process for Security product stack as well as collaborate with selecting new technologies.Research new laws, vulnerabilities, technology and vendors, understanding how they relate to our clients and train Proven employees and team to be proactive in our approach to service.Work with the team to grow security knowledge to shrink the attack surface in client environments.Implement and uphold security baselines knowledge.Maintain policies and procedures for incident response protocol, Office 365 security standards, etc.Create and articulate department business goals and align with adjoining departments within Proven.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Cybersecurity.Five plus years of Leadership experience.Two plus years of experience working in Security IT Management.Strong knowledge of Security protocols and Customer Service.Ability to multi-task a variety of assignments while working under non-negotiable deadlines; strong attention to detail.Must maintain confidentiality of information, and be very dependable.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Must be a self-motivated individual with a willingness to work well with others on a regular basis.Certification in one or more of the following: CISSP, CISM.#J-18808-Ljbffr
