Hi,Hope you are doing well?I am looking for a candidate with experience as Test Engineer II.Position Title: Management LeadLocation: DMV Area (Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia)Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Management Lead with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience to oversee and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions for a federal project. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact with federal contracting representatives, manage stakeholder engagements, and ensure project objectives are met. The candidate should possess extensive experience working within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or other federal environments.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary interface with federal contracting representatives, including the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO).Oversee all aspects of contract compliance, ensuring adherence to terms, conditions, and project deliverables.Facilitate regular status meetings and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders, accompanied by the technical lead as needed.Collaborate with contractor corporate senior leadership to address critical project needs or escalations.Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the project team, ensuring alignment with federal agency objectives.Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration with federal and internal stakeholders.Ensure quality control and risk management practices are effectively implemented throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in program management, contract management, or a related field.Demonstrated experience working within DHS or other federal agencies, preferably in a leadership capacity.Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.Skills:Strong leadership and organizational skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in stakeholder management and issue resolution.Knowledge of federal contracting processes and regulations.Location: Must be local to the DMV area to facilitate regular on-site meetings and stakeholder interactions.Preferred Qualifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Familiarity with DHS-specific policies, frameworks, and operational environments.Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder federal contracts.
