Today our clients represent the biggest names in entertainment, tech, consumer brands, and sports and video games, and our impact touches the lives of billions of people around the globe. #FandomIsOurJamAs research manager in our Brand Solutions and Sponsorship Impact team, you will manage the end-to-end execution of brand tracking and sponsorship research projects, from initial kick off to final deliverable. Applying your broad research knowledge, you will design surveys to meet client objectives, and collaborate with team members to develop insightful analysis plans and execute high quality client deliverables. Your work requires strong analytical skills and a proficiency in translating research into impactful reporting.We're looking for someone who is:
- A Project Owner - You'll work on end-to-end research projects, from kick-off to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
- Data curious and savvy - You're comfortable with large data sets and data analysis. You have extensive experience with data manipulation tool, and strong data handling and analysis skills.
- Client-Focused - You have experience building and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will help develop compelling, story-driven client deliverables that consistently exceed client expectations. Your reports will transform data into clear, actionable insights, helping clients make informed, strategic decisions.
- Adaptable and Strategic - You excel in a dynamic environment, with a proven track record of applying quantitative research methods across various project types.
- A team Player - You recognize the value of collaboration and will work closely and effectively with cross-functional teams.
- An effective Communicator - You're adept at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized - Your keen attention to detail ensures data quality and accuracy across all stages of the research process. You are highly organized and can manage multiple accounts, project timelines, and deliverables effectively.
It'll be helpful if you have:
- At least 4-5 years of experience in primary research. This role is primarily quantitative in nature, but your previous experience can be a hybrid of qual + quant
- Experience in brand health tracking, and/or sports/sponsorship impact research
- Strong data handling and analysis skills with extensive experience with Q
- Bachelor's degree in the Social Sciences, Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics or a related field
- Razor-sharp skills in all basic Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of an array of common communications tools and platforms

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skill set, and any other factors MarketCast considers relevant to the hiring decision.
