Accounts Receivable Operations:Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation. Oversee the accurate and timely posting of payments and adjustments to customer accounts. Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to reduce delinquency. Implement and maintain credit policies and procedures to ensure appropriate customer risk management. Reporting and Analysis:Prepare and present accounts receivable reports, including aging analysis, collection metrics, and bad debt projections, to senior management. Analyze trends and recommend actions to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding balances. Qualifications. Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are a plus 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial operations. Experience in contract managed services a plus.
