Inviting applications for Manager, Advance, and Patient Analytics

We are looking for Patient Analytics with 5 - 7 years of experience in model development in Pharma domain and maintenance with hands on experience with Patient, Payer analytics, R, Python for driving commercial analytics excellence in the areas for Pharma domain like patient, payer analytics, digital and customer insights

Key Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years experience, strong knowledge of Python/R, Big data analytics, data manipulation and Cloud based environment computing.
  • Build complex models that integrate inputs from multiple data sources to enable robust scenario planning
  • Provides market insights across all therapeutic areas by leveraging in-depth knowledge of Market Access ( Payer, IDN, Trade) landscape, healthcare reform, claims data and managed care data
  • Deep understanding of NODB, LAAD, APLD, FIA, Payer, claims database. Analyses LAAD, FIA, claims data to monitor and performance of managed care, co-pay dynamics etc
  • Previous experience in Managed Markets preferred
  • Hands on experience in Python/R, SQL and Shell scripts
  • Analyzes FIA, digital data, NODB, claims data to monitor and performance of managed care, co-pay dynamics etc
  • Develop models and analytics to support all phases of contracting, including POCs and performance-monitoring, understanding co-pay model and spill over analysis
  • Monitor competitive product landscape and trends related to payer reimbursement, and determine implications to clients product portfolio
  • Providing insights and analytics (marketing research, business intelligence, and integrated analytics) and translating into business impact.
  • Serve as liaison across Commercial Excellence functions to partner and leverage best analytical practices.
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to strategic and business plans, forecasts, and strategies.
  • Lead development and implementation of analytics plans which includes primary custom research in marketing, sales and payor spaces (e.g. ecosystem/ product / patient/ attitudinal segmentation, A&U studies, etc.).
  • Ensure seamless integration of analytics from national and subnational levels across key data sources prescription, patient, and managed care for pharma domain
  • Proactively identify opportunities by leveraging various commercial analytics such as
  • Physician, Account, and Patient Segmentations
  • Patient Adherence and Persistence
  • Brand Performance Analytics
  • Advanced Analytics (e.g., Marketing Mix)
  • Execute customer targeting and scenario planning for resourcing shifts to enable brand performance objectives
  • Increase efficiencies through process and analytics automation, as well as partnering with stakeholders to design and implementation of analytic ready datasets.
  • To use PERSIST platform to drive faster patient insights and actions across therapeutic areas
  • Lead support for PERSIST to create analytics environment for Therapeutic areas of interest using PERSIST platform
  • Data Gaps & Challenges: Ability to identify Data discrepancy across PERSIST & OCTOPODA, Data lag in PERSIST, Inconsistency across staging and landing tables

Qualifications

  • Bachelors, Masters in Pharmacy
  • MBA
  • MS/MTech
  • BS / MS Stats

Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role. Connecticut area candidates are eligible for this role only.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
