Manager, Apprenticeship Success Remote, with occasional on-campus and travel obligations (up to 10%) POSITION TITLE: Success Manager, Apprenticeships LOCATION: Remote, with occasional on-campus and travel obligations (up to 10%) REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Apprenticeships WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented manager to play a critical role in the implementation, iteration, and management of our inaugural Registered Apprenticeships Program and other forms of apprenticeship partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all administrative and logistical details pertaining to our apprenticeship program, including, but not limited to, reporting (to the Department of Labor and various grants), project planning, onboarding assistance, ongoing support for apprentices and employers, documentation of key decisions and processes, and compliance with various standards and regulations. The ideal candidate is administratively strong (e.g., organized, precise, and adept at keeping track of multiple tasks and nuances at once) and interpersonally oriented (e.g., passionate about supporting individuals on career paths, strong written and verbal communication skills, solutions-oriented when people need support). WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Administrative Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the apprenticeship programs, including coordination of technical and essential skill training, mentorship, and assessment activities. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Programmatic Support: Serve as the right hand to the Director, Apprenticeships in implementation and evaluation of Registered Apprenticeship programs in the technology field - starting with Cybersecurity - ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Participant and Employer Support: Provide individualized support to apprentices and employers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive program experience.
  • Engagement with Diverse Backgrounds: Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion by ensuring we meet the needs of nontraditional and diverse backgrounds. Foster inclusive environments that assist participants of different professional histories, races/ethnicities, genders, geographies, ages, among others.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participant progress and program outcomes. Monitor participant progress, collect feedback, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance program effectiveness in partnership with the Director.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of program logistics.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate program details and requirements to participants and stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO US: Professional Qualifications:

    • Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Prior experience navigating regulations and compliance requirements, and adhering to these requirements.
    • Data Management: Proficiency in data collection, management, and reporting, including basic analyses. Ability to manage sensitive data (e.g., PII).
    • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and address challenges, finding practical solutions to ensure program success.
    • Team Collaboration: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal teams to achieve program goals.
    • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Experience working with individuals from nontraditional and diverse backgrounds, demonstrating a commitment to promoting inclusivity in workforce development. Prior experience in the field of apprenticeships is a huge plus.
