Job Summary:
This position serves as Business Manager over all externally funded projects and manager of day-to-day operations for the OSU BRIDGE Center and center personnel.
The Manager will work closely with the Executive Directors of the BRIDGE Center to formulate and continually re-evaluate the Center's resources to leverage its core assets to deliver innovative solutions for school based mental health delivery as well as behavioral and mental health related professional development.
Activities include:
* Formulate and continually re-evaluate the Center's operational plan. These will include project prioritization, establishment of internal project processes and protocols and staffing needs. The operational plan will include execution within a higher education academic setting as well as a commercial setting.
* Work closely with the Executive Directors to establish and manage external collaborator relationships. These will include other academic institutions, other non-profit research foundations and commercial collaborators.
* Manage, implement, and monitor day-to-day activities and long-term goals of BRIDGE Center contracts and projects; organizing program activities in accordance with organizational mission and goals; develop and manage program budgets; communicate with school and community partners;
* Work with Oklahoma State University business and grant departments to prepare budgets, draft educational service plans, and facilitate update contracts.
* Create and manage requisitions and purchase orders for all contracts and projects in OSU's accounting system.
This position is located at Oklahoma State University. Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work some evenings. Must have personal transportation and be willing to conduct work travel within the state of Oklahoma. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Data management and data analysis skills are also required. Continued funding for this position is contingent upon available funding.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Four or more years of experience managing federal and grant funds within higher education systems.
Experience for federally funded grants, including organizing and maintaining budgets, organizing and collecting program data, and report writing.
Experience working with school district administration and/or finances a plus.
Requires self-motivated and independent individual with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information is essential.
Proficiency with the latest technology and appropriate software is required.
Demonstrate proficiency of administrative/related office skills
Data management and data analysis skills are also required
Ability to produce written materials, display strong written communication skills
Ability to demonstrate excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
Ability to demonstrate confidentially, sensitivity and ethics in all aspects
Ability to work well under deadlines, work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work with diverse staff and contacts via phone, email and in person
Must have personal transportation and be willing to conduct work travel within the state of Oklahoma

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Education or a related field.
