About the role: The lean manufacturing manager provides oversight over the business process improvement (lean) team. Responsible for the overall improvement of manufacturing and assembly processes, team development and to ensure compliance to a standardized approach. Employs lean methodologies and tools to accomplish business objectives.

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations. Equal Pay Act Range: Annual Salary Range is $99,500 to $148,900 plus benefits and incentive plans.
