DESCRIPTION
Maintain and develop strategic relationships with clients, including representing Business Process Solutions at client meetings and acting as a clearinghouse for all client requests
RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions of this Position
* Acts as the primary relationship manager for key clients, including understanding and addressing client specific needs and expectations
* Effectively communicates client information and requirements within the Business Process Solutions Organization; works with the Client Services team, where applicable
* Overall understanding of Business Process Solutions systems, processes, and procedures and knowledge of proper contacts within Business Process Solutions organization
* Ensures the smooth transition for new clients as they enter the operational phase
* Supports the planning and ongoing needs for marketing / education and awareness materials, orientation planning and special campaigns.
* Presents a single, consistent touchpoint to key clients
* Works to build a broad base of support within the client organization
* Contributes to the development of new business by working with Sales and Business Managers in the appropriate channels
* Maintain excellent working relationships with Customers, Clients, and co-workers
* Perform special assignments for the company and/or branch and/or department as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education and Work Experience
* High School Diploma/GED
* Five to ten years relationship management experience required
* Three years customer service experience required
* Five years business process solutions experience with a food manufacturer is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to interact with all levels of personnel including client level contacts
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Spreadsheet, Outlook)
* Advanced knowledge of data entry software
