  • Ensures accuracy, quality and efficiency standards are met with regards to medical record standards and case management services for consumers.
  • Identify, implement, and monitor customer service standards to ensure the team is meeting internal and external customer needs.
  • Develop long and short-term goals for the team that are consistent with program and organizational goals.
  • Train and evaluate staff to maintain quality within the team, encourage growth and development while instilling awareness of cultural diversity.
  • Participates in the selection process for internal and external candidates for the program staff.
  • Coordinates with Clinical Director to conduct timely audits to ensure compliance with Catholic Charities goals, policies, State, and other regulatory policies regarding clinical care and documentation.
  • Provide direct consumer care utilizing evidence-based practice models; develop, evaluate, and modify programs as required.
  • Coordinates with Clinical Director to provide oversight to ensure compliance with the standards of care provided by any and all licensing, accrediting, and oversight agencies.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict and crises.
  • Ability to use computer software for data entry, budgeting and report writing.
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate staff through application of Agency values.
  • Knowledge of the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and the appropriate techniques and practices for the client population.
  • Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently with Agency staff and with a diverse client base.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Master's degree in social work
  • 2 + years of direct supervisory experience is required.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Salary: $75,000-83,000 per year.Training: We provide a robust training curriculum that will support our employees throughout their career.
