Clinical Manager SpecialtyIn this role, you will demonstrate expertise and a commitment to maintaining in-depth knowledge of highly complex market dynamics and regulatory agencies (such as payer issues, state and federal regulations, financial aid, drug launches, etc. Resolves issues, completes audits, identifies trends, determines workflow/system improvements, and implements change when necessary to ensure overall success of the Specialty and Outpatient Program. Ensures compliance of team members with the Specialty Program in reference to regulatory agencies (including, but not limited to URAC, ACHC, JACHO) and ensures proper documentation of patient management in appropriate systems.
Preferred Criteria:- One to three years of previous experience as a clinical manager preferred
Required Criteria:- Completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy degree or PharmD
- New York State Pharmacy License or eligibility to obtain license within 3 months
