Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (BSN preferred) or Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) license including compact nursing licensure if needed for neighboring states in good standing topractice in the state(s).
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR or BLSCertification.
• Two (2 +) years of home care or hospice nursing experience are required
• A deep understanding of hospice and home care regulations are required for this position
