Job Description:

Responsibilities

Operational Management

* Oversee daily clinical operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.

* Develop and implement operational strategies in collaboration with the Director Clinical Ops to enhance the quality of patient care and optimize resource utilization.

* Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of clinical services.

* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols.

Team Leadership

* Lead, mentor, and train a team of clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

* Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among clinical teams and other departments.

Quality Assurance

* Work alongside Director to implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

* Conduct regular audits of clinical processes to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

* Assist Operations leaders to address and resolve patient complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.

Financial Management

* Develop and manage the clinical operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and fiscal responsibility.

* Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising the quality of care

* Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.

Strategic Planning

* Contribute to the development and execution of the health system's strategic goals and initiatives.

* Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve clinical operations and patient care.

* Analyze market trends and healthcare advancements to inform strategic decision-making.

Stakeholder Engagement

* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, medical staff, and external partners.

* Represent the health system at meetings, conferences, and community events.

* Collaborate with other healthcare organizations to share best practices and drive innovation.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

* Registered Nurse Licenses Required

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations, with a proven track record of success.

Skills and Competencies

* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

* Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

* In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
