Your OpportunityNew Relic is looking for an energetic, detail oriented and process focused manager to join our fast-paced team. This role will involve maintaining our global salary range structure, managing bonus and merit administration, compensation system management in Workday, educating and training managers and employees on their compensation offerings, consulting with the business and making compensation recommendations, and finding more effective ways to simplify and streamline processes.
