Your Opportunity

New Relic is looking for an energetic, detail oriented and process focused manager to join our fast-paced team. This role will involve maintaining our global salary range structure, managing bonus and merit administration, compensation system management in Workday, educating and training managers and employees on their compensation offerings, consulting with the business and making compensation recommendations, and finding more effective ways to simplify and streamline processes.

What You'll Do
  • Implement and administer compensation and equity plans, policies and programs (e.g., annual merit review process, quarterly bonus cycles, annual compensation range review, participation in salary surveys, auditing of compensation data, etc.)
  • Review and recommend proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices
  • Review requests for new or revised job classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment/compensation plan
  • Make global salary range increase recommendations by country/region
  • Manage salary surveys
  • Manage private equity plan
  • Model budgets for merit and bonus administration
  • Work with HRBPs, managers and key stakeholders in Finance and Legal on compensation related inquiries
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive job family structure, allowing for a strong career path for employees across all organizations and regions
  • Manage a team of junior analysts
This Role Requires
  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience administering compensation and equity based programs, policies and processes globally
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong project management ability and experience
  • Intermediate level user Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
