Location: Omaha,NE, USA
Reporting to the Director Continuous Improvement Capability, you'll be an enterprise-level leader within the Manufacturing Excellence Team. You will partner with manufacturing sites and other SME's within the manufacturing functions to eliminate loss and help achieve business cost savings deliverables.
**Your Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing results through the use of Autonomous Maintenance tools, systems, and processes
+ Evaluate and improve Autonomous Maintenance tools, systems, and processes to deliver sustainable improvements through capable operations teams
+ Transform ways of working to use technology and digital solutions that deliver results with agility
+ This role must command the skills necessary to engage the manufacturing sites and be able to work with other functions of the Manufacturing Excellence team
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree required.
+ Minimum 7 years manufacturing experience.
+ 4+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
+ Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) based continuous improvement of at least 4 years
+ Led teams through the Autonomous Maintenance Step Progression
+ Experience managing operations teams that use Autonomous Maintenance systems (Centerline, Clean Inspect Lubricate, Defect Handling, 5S)
+ Experience coaching and teaching employees at all levels within manufacturing site(s) on how to implement and use CI tools and processes.
+ Experience leading projects and resources at scalable level.
+ Experience managing by influence in a matrix organization.
+ Experience presenting to senior level management
+ Build relationships internally and externally and hold individuals accountable.
+ Experience with Excel (can perform complex functions), Microsoft Teams, and Power BI
+ Plant experience utilizing and leading continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility.
+ Analyze data and communicate loss opportunities to cross-functional teams for multiple loss areas within a manufacturing facility.
+ Travel of up to 50% is required to our manufacturing plants.
+ Remote location East of Denver, CO and within reasonable proximity (50 miles) to a major airport

**Compensation:**
Annual Base Salary: $104,000.00 - $152,000.00
_The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees._
