- Monitors and shifts resources to maintain and drive service level agreements.
- Establishes efficient and balanced workflows to produce high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitors and measures service metrics and as needed, develop standards, improvements, or changes to the process.
- Provides point of escalation for team leaders, as needed.
- Develops and implements policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:- Experience: 7 years relevant experience to include leadership
- Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
- Licenses/Certifications: FOR POSITIONS WHO MANAGE LICENSED INSURANCE AGENTS ONLY: Must have and maintain Property & Casualty License or must obtain within 45 days of hire
