Manager Data Analytics within the Compliance department who is proficient in Power BI. The position will be responsible for managing and analyzing large data sets to ensure that the company is adhering to all relevant laws and regulations. Reporting to Senior Director, Compliance, the Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing data analysis tools and dashboards, as well as providing regular reports on compliance activities to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data analysis tools and dashboards to monitor compliance activities.
- Analyze large data sets to identify compliance risks and issues.
- Help manage data governance, data, reporting and analytics products.
- Help build and integrate data from a variety of internal and external sources into a common warehouse data model.
- Work with the other cross functional teams to develop and implement strategies to mitigate compliance risks.
- Ensure data integrity and that all compliance data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Work with IT teams to ensure that compliance data is properly stored and secured.
- Provide regular reports on compliance activities to senior management.
- Stay up to date on changes in regulations and adjust data analysis tools and dashboards accordingly.
- Provide training and support to other team members on how to use data analysis tools and dashboards.
- Coordinate execution of ad-hoc data report and analysis requests.
- work in a sophisticated, matrix environment where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines exist.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization required, preferably in a compliance or regulatory environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, PowerPoint, Visio, Word and SQL writing capabilities to investigate the data anomalies across various systems.
- Strong knowledge of PowerBI required, Snowflake a plus.
- Knowledge of US healthcare laws and regulations, including FDA regulations, Sunshine Act, and the False Claims Act a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
