About the Role Orveon Global is seeking a skilled Manager, Reporting and Analytics with experience in Finance, Supply Chain, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in NetSuite as the main platform and PowerBi for reporting. This role requires expertise in data warehousing, Snowflake, connectors like FiveTran and Celigo, as well as experience with M365, Azure, and cloud-based reporting. Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead definition of reporting and analytics strategies and plans focusing on quality and governance needs and opportunities.
  • Communicate and collaborate with a matrix of reporting owners and business partners to ensure understanding and alignment of end-to-end processes, resulting in right reporting/ KPI outcomes.
  • Influence and build alignment on business requirements to produce right reporting capabilities
  • Participate on strategic projects and global initiatives to improve data quality, fundamental to right reporting outcomes
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and best-practices within the reporting, analytics management environment to introduce innovation and ensure cost-effectiveness of standards and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with a variety of internal and external IT and business data experts and specialists (business data owners, solution architects, project managers, external solutions providers) to provide leadership and technical guidance, continuously expanding knowledge and capabilities of reporting and analytics
  • Develop, implement, and maintain reports in PowerBi for the ERP system.
  • Manage data warehousing solutions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Utilize Snowflake for data storage and processing.
  • Integrate various systems using connectors such as FiveTran and Celigo.
  • Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on reporting functionalities and best practices.
  • Leverage M365 and Azure for cloud-based reporting and other related tasks.

Qualifications
  • 5 plus years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Reporting/ Analytics/Engineer, preferably in a finance or supply chain environment.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and PowerBi.
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing and Snowflake.
  • Experience with system integration using connectors like FiveTran and Celigo.
  • Experience with M365, Azure, and cloud-based reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $84,500-$140,500.
