This position is responsible for providing complex data and analysis for Sales and Marketing Org. Responsible for creating and producing forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc. in order to provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities. This role requires thorough understanding of data analysis and methodology.Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Manage a team responsible for reporting and analysis of various data.Proactively identify areas of opportunity and/or improvement based on trends in the data, and use these insights to inform new products and/or operational improvements.Manage high visibility projects to identify and resolve issues of strategic importance to the organization.Interface regularly with senior management to produce timely and valuable results.Conduct complex data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions.Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.Create and produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc.Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities.Develop reports and deliverables for upper management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders.Identify and define data quality improvements.Create and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis.Create specifications for reports based on business requests.Identify opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve business performance and utilize knowledge of mathematical modeling and other optimization methods to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis.Review accuracy of all data, results, and conclusions of the team, coaching team members to reach a high data standards.Perform other duties as requested.Required Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environmentAbility to handle multiple projects and priorities Ability to analyze and interpret dataAbility to quickly identify business problems/opportunitiesAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward mannerAbility to communicate with all levels of management and company personnelAbility to manage multiple projects at one timeAbility to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations Knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.Ability to supervise and motivate othersAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, straightforward and professional mannerAbility to handle multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to make decisions and work collaboratively with others to solve problemsAbility to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressureAbility to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job dutiesExpert level knowledge of SQLRequired EducationBachelor's degree in business or related fieldRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsData analysis and reporting or related experience - 5+PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeKnowledge of Data preparation/ETL tools like Alteryx, SSIS, Informatica etc.Knowledge of reporting tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy etc.Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of YearsManagement or leadership experience - 2+WORKING CONDITIONSOffice environmentBDA520 2024-39866 2024Here, employees don't just have jobs, they build careers.
