Our international beauty client is seeking a dedicated Manager, Digital Creative Operations to lead their dynamic team. This role is perfect for a natural leader and problem-solver who thrives on overseeing every project detail from creative development to program execution, including timeline, scope, and resource management.

  • 12 months +
  • 40 hours per week
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday-Friday (1-hour lunch)
  • Beauty Industry Required.
  • Pay rate: $55hr. - $60hr.
  • Please Note: this is not a Design or Art Director position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the concepting and development of monthly editorial and commercial programs in collaboration with the Digital Design, Copy, and Content Production teams.
  • Manage daily relationships with cross-functional teams to understand the digital pipeline of projects and online platform functionality.
  • Oversee each phase of the internal and external approval process, including concept, layout, and final creative approvals.
  • Keep projects on track through effective planning and task management; issue status reports and meeting notes.
  • Allocate resources weekly, coordinating with other project managers to prioritize projects effectively.
  • Manage content updates and feature releases in collaboration with the Online Team.
  • Oversee highly complex technical deliveries, ensuring proactive resolution of delivery issues and creating mitigation plans with the Online Team.
  • Set up and lead meetings, effectively presenting creative work to stakeholders.
  • Communicate project issues and resolutions to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management for an in-house creative team or agency.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience working on digital creative projects, with exposure to web development and product management.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with creative and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, positive approach, presenting solutions and solving problems.
  • Comfortable presenting creative work and leading high-level meetings.
  • Flexible attitude and the ability to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Experienced in being the primary point of contact for internal or external clients.
  • Natural leadership and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of project management workflows and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Workfront, Asana, Trello, Wrike, MS Project, or similar platforms.
