Manager, Distribution & Trade ComplianceLocation: BostonJob Tags: Transportation & WarehousingAbout The Role- The Manager will support operations leadership in standardizing global direct-to-consumer (DtC) cross-border shipment procedures to enhance member experience and reduce costs.- This role involves owning the global Master Data accuracy of all SKUs, ensuring consistency across internal and external systems.- The candidate will develop and maintain classification guidelines and conduct audits for HTS classification and accuracy.- Collaboration with the Tax and Logistics teams is crucial for providing proper documentation and traceability of clearance activities.- The Manager will drive global parcel carrier selection, optimizing for cost and delivery lead times while acting as a liaison between WHOOP and global parcel carriers.Qualifications- The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, demonstrating a solid understanding of trade compliance and customs brokerage.- A strong background in operations and procurement is essential, along with a passion for problem-solving and analytical thinking.- Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with various teams and articulate complex data clearly.- The candidate should be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, showcasing a hands-on mentality and a positive attitude.- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is required, with advanced degrees being a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
