Responsible for the day to day management and operation of the Home Office Campus including the preventative maintenance programs, mail room and copy center functions, space planning and management of the respective personnel.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of facility
+ Manages relationships with local vendors and contractors
+ Participates in expense and capital budget planning & management process
+ Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects
+ Develops and maintains positive relationships with client group
+ Responds to problems in a tactful and expedient manner
+ Attends client meetings for facilities matters
+ Oversees the scheduling, maintenance, and monitoring of all heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water, electric and other systems to ensure efficient operation
+ Inspects facility and generates inspection reports
+ Prepared capital project budgets and operating budget reports
+ Works closely with security services department to help oversee site security and life safety programs
+ Provides interior design services including furniture selection and procurement
+ Manages a work unit, responsible for identifying needs, tracking performance, coaching and motivating direct reports
+ Responsible for staffing, compensation and performance evaluation
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering or a related discipline. Seven years related experience in lieu of degree.
**Experience:**
+ Five (5) years' experience involving facilities management
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
+ Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents
+ Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, or management
+ Proven influential leadership skills and solid understanding of change management techniques
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; training and presentation experience preferred
+ Strong organizational skills and work ethic
+ Demonstrated project management skills leading large scale projects
+ Strategic ability to plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives
