Colonial Pipeline is the largest refined products pipeline in the United States, transporting more than 100 million gallons or 2.5 million barrels per day. Colonial transports various grades of gasoline, diesel fuel, home heating oil, jet fuel, and fuels for the U.S. military through a pipeline system. Colonial transports approximately 45 percent of all fuel consumed on the East Coast, providing refined products to more than 50 million Americans.

**About the Manager, Field Right Of Way Position**

As the Manager, Field Right of Way you will be responsible for leading the field Right of Way (ROW) organization. In this role you will oversee enhancing consistency, supporting continuous improvement of programs and procedures, providing ROW expertise to supplement/bolster field teams, and to improving processes for planning and executing ROW maintenance projects. The Manager, Field Right of Way regularly serves as a representative of ROW and Geohazard programs and must work collaboratively with peers inside and outside of the Company to be effective.

**What You Get to Do:**

+ Provide individualized performance feedback and coaching to direct reports.

+ Support direct reports with professional development plan creation and implementation.

+ Hold regular 1-1 meetings with direct reports to allow for individualized support and coaching, as well as confidential conversations.

+ Ensure that workload among team members is appropriately balanced and assigned to appropriate resources.

+ Assess need for additional staffing within the ROW function to support the teams work and the Companys desired outcomes and prepare staffing strategies.

+ Hold regular team meetings to cascade information from leadership, align on priorities and projects and gain insight on matters that may require escalation.

+ Work with direct reports to create and administer annual recurring cost budgets for each field ROW cost center.

+ Emphasize the importance of stakeholder engagement within the ROW field teams and its importance to the Companys performance and operations.

+ Assess and ensure effectiveness of Emergency Response & Preparedness training and exercise program and readiness of the Field ROW personnel to respond appropriately in the event of an emergency.

**What You Bring to the Table:**

+ Bachelors degree in a technical, engineering, or business-related field of study from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of experience and/or education.

+ Ideally, 5+ years of operations or business experience in pipeline operations right of way, or related industry experience and 2+ years of people management experience.

+ Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

+ Strong knowledge of ROW operations, pipeline easements and safety regulations.

+ Solid knowledge of financial management and experience managing and forecasting costs.

+ Ability to make decisions based on analysis of facts and organizational priorities/direction and communicate effectively.

+ Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Companys core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments.

+ Self-motivated, have phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth.

+ Prior experience with crisis management and/or pipeline industry experience.
