What You'll Do
* Provide analytical, reporting, and strategic support to the HMD commercial team and other business partners.
* Lead the sales compensation annual forecasting process.
* Lead the HMD finance commercial forecast.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the commercial organization's recognition awards program.
* Maintain/build reports and perform actionable analyses to support growth and profitability.
* Serve as the point of contact for compensation and forecast-related questions.
* Liaison between compensation, commercial and FP&A.
* Drive share of wallet opportunities between RSD & HMD.
* Lead process improvement initiatives for HMD finance through PPI/AI/etc.
* Perform other duties and project support as assigned.

* Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and COGNOS; skills in Database (SQL), Visual Basic, and AI are preferred.
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate the business impact in financial terms.
* Effective communication skills (written and verbal) at all organizational levels.
* Demonstrated ability to partner with functional leaders to achieve business objectives.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage diverse responsibilities.
* Ability to perform under pressure and balance multiple assignments.
