  • Partner with key business owners to prepare annual budget presentations, strategic plans and monthly re-forecasts
  • Summarize complex data, ideas, and concepts into meaningful information for HomeServe Operations
  • Oversee P&L reporting and KPI's and offer insights and variance analysis on a monthly basis
  • Work with HomeServe Contact Center employees to oversee outputs from dynamic models, ensuring accuracy of inputs of financial models
  • Consolidate and prepare monthly business review document each month
  • Provide weekly financial updates to senior management
  • Work with analysts to review KPI's and trending analysis. Make insightful recommendations based on data in an effort to increase efficiencies and lower operating expenses
  • Consolidate and own all aspects of the Operations P&L
  • Accuracy and confidentiality regarding monthly agent bonus reporting
  • Strategic initiative to proactively review sales trends and interpret impact on HomeServe Operations
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy and validity of the information being reported
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics is preferred
  • CPA/MBA a plus
  • 5 + years of financial analysis and strategic business planning experience
  • Expert in turning large amounts of raw data into a detailed financial model
  • Expert in Excel; Hyperion Planning, SQL, or Alteryx experience a plus
  • Ability to effectively partner and influence senior level cross-functional teams
  • Some travel flexibility needed
  • Strong analytical/problem solving skills, and curiosity
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
